Rocket Mortgage has a top-notch person in Sean. Friendly, smooth simple explanation without the salesperson persona. Liked his sense of humor too. I had already had experience with Rocket Mortgage and Sean confirmed their #1 rating by explaining the process, what he could do for me after listening first, and following through. I'd buy him a beer if I lived close by.

Sean spent 2 hours on the phone with me the first day discussing and going through all my options before helping me pick the best one for me, then he helped me fill out all the paperwork and had me pre-approved by later that day!! What can I say...Sean is the best. He walked me through all of the initial paperwork and called to check on me during the refinance process. He answered all of my questions and made me feel like I could ask him anything. He knows his stuff...I would give him ten stars if I could.

Sean Park is by far the most professional person I have ever worked with across the board! Before I even finished filling out the on-line form on the Rocket Mortgage site, my phone was ringing and 3 hours later I was almost done with my REFI, on TWO properties. In addition, Sean was consistently kind, caring and patient while I underwent major surgery just 2 weeks after we started the refinance ...Sean Park is by far the most professional person I have ever worked with across the board! During the entire process, if I had any questions or concerns, Sean was immediately responsive and took care of the matter as if it was his sole mission in life.
