I'm saving almost five hundred a month off the cost of my old mortgage. The entire loan was done on line or by telephone. He reviewed my current mortgage and what options were available to me, and after some review, we realized that I already had a good rate on my current mortgage, and it would not make sense at this point to go through the process for a slightly lower rate.
