I echo what my husband noted, as you can imagine I was bombarded with many new and previous agents and lenders. I chose Braulio, as he has a wonderful uplifting personality and was able to meet our needs with no hesitation. Rocket has been a wonderful lender in our 2+ years with them, and this refi was so smooth from provided docs, setting appts, everything just ran like clockwork.
