I called Rocket about a possible re-fi or 2nd and was connected to Raymond. From the beginning I could tell he was considerate, hard-working and a professional who would do his very best for us...we were not disappointed! Raymond continued communications with us throughout the loan process and helped us overcome any obstacles we encountered; in fact, he's so thorough and so good I have commented...I called Rocket about a possible re-fi or 2nd and was connected to Raymond. From the beginning I could tell he was considerate, hard-working and a professional who would do his very best for us...we were not disappointed!
