Megan is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but she also brings a level of empathy and kindness to her teaching that truly sets her apart.

Her approach to instruction was clear, structured, and easy to follow—even when covering complex ...I had the pleasure of being trained by Megan Yates as I prepared for the SAFE MLO exam, and I can confidently say she played a key role in helping me succeed. Megan is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but she also brings a level of empathy and kindness to her teaching that truly sets her apart.

Her approach to instruction was clear, structured, and easy to follow—even when covering complex topics. One of the funny and endearing things she’d do is sing out “twoooooooo” in a high-pitched, sing-songy voice whenever we had to memorize a list of two items. It never failed to make us laugh—and more importantly, it helped the information stick!

Beyond the humor, what really made a difference was how much she genuinely cared about each and every one of us.
