Would have been nice to know how “points” work for my first time home buyer experience but she nailed most things getting me a great deal for the time and working on the weekends to be available to my schedule. She called the right people for me even though she didn’t have too. My agent went out of town during my process and had a back up that didn’t do anything for me or contact me or gave me a walk through. Cassandra did the best she could with that set up and when it went to the next quick loans agent for finances she even checked up on me to see that process through. She went above and beyond the tasks I didn’t know, wasn’t perfect for explaining points but she did get me that same good deal anyways which I didn’t realize she gave me point for. She attempted to get more money approved for me only if I asked, great but odd process to ask for. My papers were screwed up because the Rocket Mortgage finance approver is very very picky but she helped push things through more.

Coming from a huge company where we have to put the business first and customers service is the key to a successful long term company, she definitely made this company look better than what it was even though the back end people were sticklers. I’d recommend her again in a heart beat and even offer her a job for my own department because she works hard, goes above and beyond, pays attentions to deadlines, positive attitude and empathetic to busy work schedules.
