Let me tell you, as someone who has worked in the customer service industry, you would be hard pressed to have a better experiance than one with Sylvia. When I say shes always there for you. I truly mean it. Early mornings, late evenings and anytime on the weekend, she has always returned our call when we had questions in a timely manner. She really seems to love helping folks get into a new home. When she found out about my wife's father being admitted to the ICU, she called , and made sure we knew she was thinking of us, and offered prayers for his recovery. Our phone conversations would routinely have non-business related friendly banter that, to some might seem meaningless. However, when she remembers your anniversary and calls with nothing more than to wish you and your wife a happy anniversary, you know you have someone who truly cares. My only regret, is not being able to meet her face to face, and tell her in person how she single handedly eased our fears and calmed our nerves.
