I contact Alyssa about getting pre-approved for a mortgage.

Alyssa has an extremely nice phone manner and was extremely responsive at first.

Alyssa told me that the process should take a day or two.

Unfortunately, the process has dragged on for a month.

The last contact I had with Alyssa, she had asked me to send in some more paperwork, - I emailed it to her with a request to confirm ...I contact Alyssa about getting pre-approved for a mortgage.

Alyssa has an extremely nice phone manner and was extremely responsive at first.

Alyssa told me that the process should take a day or two.

Unfortunately, the process has dragged on for a month.

The last contact I had with Alyssa, she had asked me to send in some more paperwork, - I emailed it to her with a request to confirm receipt. That was 11 days ago.

I have since called another lender, that got me preapproved on the same day.

He told me that Rocket Mortgage are fine if you have a cookie-cutter situation, - but as soon as it's a little different, they do not know how to deal with it.

I just wish Alyssa could have been more communicative about the situation, so that I could have gone elsewhere sooner.
