I did not appreciate the surprise at closing that I had to authorize the use of AI. This was not shared at anytime until the closing date. There was no option to not use AI.
Andy was great! There were some setbacks in our loan process but not on Rockets end. My wife and I were trying to close from two parts of the country she was limited due to no computer and internet poor service, so Rocket sent out Notaries to our separate locations. End of the day they made it happen. Andy stayed involved throughout the process. Thank You for everything.
