Very professional and pitched a great loan deal that anyone could not refuse. Everyone likes saving money and he made it easy for anyone to understand. The only thing I have trouble with is that there was so much coming out for appraisal and all the other things when I had asked about me having to pay again for appraisal and couple other things and he said no. I still saved money but that would have cut me down even more without the charges. He was on the ball with getting things moving and made it easy for me to understand and get everything done.
