I did communicate my strategy of wanting to cast the loan with additional funding and I was told I would have to wait three months which is not a problem, its just that now that it is sold (which I was not aware of but I'm sure Rocket Mortgage was) I am left with a little ambiguity if that still applies. It is a critical part of my strategy in purchasing the home.
