However, there was a general lack of good faith communication from his end, which he technically justified by saying “it was in the paperwork” and “it’s on the Rocket Mortgage account”, instead of simply saying it to us via phone or email, on a phone call that lasted nearly two hours. We felt a bit mislead and ultimately did not move ...Brent was very prompt in getting with us as soon as we applied. We felt a bit mislead and ultimately did not move forward with a loan from Rocket Mortgage due to not feeling like we were being treated with good faith.
We asked him twice what the interest rate was without having to buy points, and neither time was he willing to answer the question directly.
