Poor communication and no updates until asked. Moved to him after very responsive agent and he lost files and kept asking for same things multiple times very bad refinance experience

This guy doesn’t even return calls. I have had the WORST experience with one of Brian’s employees and Brian doesn’t seem to care. Worst refinance experience of my life.
