Carl simply told me to call him last as he is part of the VIP team at Rocket Mortgage. Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested. Unfortunately, Carl was not able to beat my current rate however, I was touched by Carl's honesty and reassurance that I had gotten the best deal.
