My experience working with Cecilia was not great. It took about three times longer than it should have to close this loan. I would call her and more times the knot would not get a response. I started the process in January 12 and asked that it would be done before the end of January, which I was assured would not be a problem. I would call her and more times the knot would not get a response. I started the process in January 12 and asked that it would be done before the end of January, which I was assured would not be a problem. One thing led to another, and after many delays, none of which seemed necessary, the refinance didn’t close until February 23 when I went to the title company. I had been assured by Cecilia that I could close this online without the necessity of going to the title company, but that didn’t seem to be available when it came down to it. I feel that Cecilia went above and beyond her duties to allow me to be comfortable with process. It always provided peace of mind to know that I could call, text or email her and she would promptly get back to me and had an answer each time!
