The only thing I'm unhappy about is that by scheduling a wire transfer of my cash back for six days after the closing ensures that I will not have access to those funds for 12-14 actual days (8-10 business days), when a check could have been snail-
mailed to me to arrive at the closing. Chad was aware of my thoughts on this subject before the closing.
