I was elated to work with Charles. As we moved into getting my refi he was exclusive in getting all paperwork and I was inpatient with some of the process. Let me say that Charles was great all the way through the loan process, always a professional. Though the interest rate was higher than I wanted it to be and our house did'nt appraise where it was needed to be. He did all he could for us and it was and is enough to do what was needed.
