Cherish was great. Very knowledgable and helpful in directing me to my best options, but left the decision on which avenue to pursue entirely up to me. And when the choice I made went belly-up, she was there to help me switch to my other option with essentially no time lost.
The one suggestion I would make is to let the potential borrower know, from the outset, that there will be fees that they will have to come up with for the process to procede, like the deposit of earnest money, and inspection costs.
But that does not detracrt in any way from the prompt, curteous, professional way in which she assisted me in getting this loan secured.
