Rocket mortgage cost up hundreds of dollars bringing us home to do this all in person when the process could have all been done online. And then, what's more is that they even transferred the funds to the wrong account even though we stipulated on the loan documents, where the funds were to land, costing us even more time to have the funds land in the right account. Not a good experience, sorry!

Chris went above and beyond to help get everything ready for closing. Even when my schedule was crazy and I didn't have time he took it in stride and as the saying goes How do you eat an elephant? One bit at a time. Chris took it piece by piece without ever showing frustration or giving up. Thank you Chris if we ever have or a friend or family member needs a mortgage we will send them to you.
