Chris called me one day on a cold call and we discussed a few things and then I forgot about Rocket Mortgage! A few months later I was finally ready to purchase a home and went to a local lender. I was having a difficult time with the local lender and decided to give Chris a call back. He was very polite and answered all my questions! I was in the middle of the buying process already.
