He should write the training manual for all people going through the mortgage & buying process; as he seems to understand this business very well. Even beyond just great knowledge; Connor had never made me feel silly for asking questions & I had many! He was always professional & courteous & has an uncanny ability to communicate with clever angles as if we were in a chess match with the real estate & mortgage process! Best of all, Connor brought me to the finish line & created even a better result than I could have even imagined for myself financially. Initially, Connor was very good and attentive. However, documents were not passed on to the rest of the team as was promised, thus resulting in total incompetence of the entire refi process to such that we have received a REFUND of part of our closing costs. Letters were written both to Rocket Mortgage and AMROCK, the closing agents. I received reply email from the Banker stating that “I have ...Initially, Connor was very good and attentive.
