Let's start by saying that's I'm not that guy who, normally, write reviews but the top notch , five stars service I received from Cory made me do it. With a career of 17 years in financial services , I know very well what a great customer service can do. Corry exceeded all my expectations by doing everything possible to make sure that's my loan application is processed in an efficient and timely manner. I turned to RocketMortgage, after my previous lender struggled to meet my expectations and Cory showed a great deal of expertise and talent to make sure everything is going smoothly with no issue. Cory made sure to communicate with everyone involved with my home purchase ( my agent, listing agent, title company, insurance company...etc.) to keep everyone updated and well informed . Cory is a huge asset to RocketMortgage and I would, definitely, refer anyone looking to buy or refinance to him with a solid confidence that he will meet and exceed the expectations.
