When you work with Courtney your working with the BEST!! I've been in the real estate profession for more than 25+ years and I'm always calling my buyers lender to check on the buyers status. But NOT with Courtney, she is in constant contact with my buyer and my team as to my buyers status! Courtney is true professional, with integrity and honesty! I would highly recommend Courtney!

Courtney was always very nice to work with and got back with me as needed. I was glad she was able to get a mortgage for me as I had started with another company that required a co-signer.
I'm still upset and always will be up about the crazy rules to qualify. I have a very good credit score enough money to have purchased the house so I cannot see how I was a risk to Rocket Mortgage. I'm guessing ...Courtney was always very nice to work with and got back with me as needed. I was glad she was able to get a mortgage for me as I had started with another company that required a co-signer.

I'm guessing you are selling the loan so it will be someone else's issue anyway. I was very clear that the Cripple Creek house only 1/2 was my responsibility, but I had to be liable for 100% . The Colorado Springs house was being refinanced in my husbands name only, but since that was not complete so you again made me liable for 100% of it. He was always even before the refinance agreeing to be 100% responsible, Rocket Mortgage would only see me as 100% liable not even 50%.
With all that you required me to pay off my car and Rocket Mortgage refused to change that even after my husband had closed on his refinance as it was too late. Courtney was good and she tried but I am still and always will be very frustrated with Rocket Mortgage.
Bottom line I had let Courtney early on I did not want to payoff my car and had brought it up often when I spoke with her. But in end the big corporation beats up on the little guy!!!!
I'm pretty sure looking at my years of good payments history and never defaulting on any loans most people would not look at me as a risky investment but corporation don't see people only their crazy numbers that protect them.Read MoreRead Less

To be honest, Rocket Mortgage needs to perform a deep dive into Courtney's process. The customer experience Courtney provided was out of this world!
