Deanna was fantastic from the start. She really helped us understand the process from the beginning. Sometimes Deanna would explain things in a way that I didn't understand, even when I asked her to explain it again. I'm not very good with money, I've never bought a house before, so there were a lot of things that I didn't understand.

The only negative aspect of the entire process was a lack of information communicated with us. We had enough money saved to buy points to lower our interest rate. All we were told is that we needed this money at closing, we never once were told that we needed to tell them several days beforehand so they could change the documentation for the closing. We were unable to lower our interest rate due to the lack of proper communication on Deanna's part. While it might have been common knowledge for her, it was not for us as first time home buyers.
