Derek was great! Very helpful and responsive. He work through a frustrating re-fi; none of which was his or our fault. We were dealing with a builder for project that was delayed and it caused several “bumps” that he and the Rocket team worked through expertly! Highly recommend Rocket Mortgage. The only “con” I can identify is that they rely on a “team” approach instead of one lead person and a possible assistant. The “team” added confusion as one issue caused five different people to call and ask the same question, until I got upset. Then they got everything straightened out. But I have been a loyal customer since they were known as “Quicken” and will remain so as they are very reliable and are on top of my mortgage and they don’t sell it.Read MoreRead Less

Derek is awesome!I did a refinance with him.he seems to sincerely care.he was always available & answered my questions.he was great at explaining things along the way & easy to talk to-he didn't come across like he was on a higher level than the rest of us.the experience with him & rocket mortgage was the easiest I've ever done so far!
