When she answered the phone, it was under 10 minutes , we had a plan, and in the same phone call a preapproval, and it was the simplest closing I have ever see. There were no gatekeepers, straight to the person with knowledge. That was awesome, I didn't have to repeat my situation to others, she had it and walked us through the whole process in record time.
