DJ was great throughout the entire process start to finish! He was very informative and gave us several options upfront to decide what is best for our loan terms. Rocket Mortgage did everything virtually and only at closing did we need to sign in person a few documents as most were virtual as well. East process and took 20 days start to finish and could have been faster but my schedule pushed it ...DJ was great throughout the entire process start to finish!
