Rocket Mort. you have a versatile worker in Duane. He's a '10'. He could talk to me in 1950 English and did not need to computerize every message he sent me.. I am technically challenged in today's way of doing business on the computer and therefore, I could not follow thru on any computerized request for refinancing.
