Eric did an excellent job of working with me to obtain the loan I was most comfortable with. The online signings went quickly, and having the closing at your residence is awesome. The only thing that needs improving, and it's not Eric's fault, is a more electronic way of paying off your creditors instead of mailing paper checks. The mail service is unbelievably slow.
