I would never work with Rocket Mortgage due to my experience with Frank. He's very eager to contact you prior to the "sale" being made. But once I verbally committed, he was almost impossible to get ahold of and made the rest of the process a complete nightmare.

I will never work with Rocket or recommend it to any friends or family due to Frank.
