Greg Solman was my lending expert who guided me through the entire loan process and provided some valuable advice on my loan. He was in constant communication to make sure questions were answered and sent that extra mile to ensure the loan went through as planned.

Greg was okay. He followed thru with initial steps but never followed up close to closing or anything like that. It felt like I worked with a clerk who just took my info and spat options to me.

Initially I was extremely impressed with Greg and his service. But once I went to close I was hit with a major change in which Greg had NOT communicated to me. I was never notified about the significant change. I did close on the loan but was very upset to only find out at closing of the change, making me want to reconsider the entire decision.
