Halfway through the mortgage process rocket mortgage switched our banker on us to Gregory. I didn’t end up talking to him on the phone until the day before we closed. He was extremely unresponsive and refused to provide even the simplest information. I would avoid rocket mortgage all together.

We ultimately ended up going with the sellers lender bc there were new build incentives that couldn’t be matched, but Greg was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend
