Israel was very knowledgeable and honest. I was originally shopping rates and trying to find the best deal when I stumbled into Israel at Rocket Mortgage. I appreciated that he was up front from the get-go and didn't sugarcoat anything. On top of being honest, he a also did end up providing me with the best rate, which seemed to be quite a task for him to get approved.
