I have probably done 10 mortgage closings / refis in my life. Jacki was by far the best person I have dealt with. She is very professional, but more importantly she is very responsive. She was on top of everything. Heck, if I had a company still, I would try to hire her. Absolutely Exceptional.

I a very disappointed with the rocket experience.We were charged 1/2 point at closing . This resulted in additional $2250 in closing costs. I was told my loan was 0 points. This was deceptive,unethical and an unprofessional customer experience. I feel like this money was stolen from us and want it paid back .
