My wife and I put an offer for a home purchase but the broker we were working with was not meeting our expectations. We called rocket mortgage and requested a loan estimate to compare and if they could honor a short closing. Jasmine quickly provided a loan estimate and said that she would work to satisfy our short closing window. Jasmine quickly provided a loan estimate and said that she would work to satisfy our short closing window. With a more favorable loan estimate and her guarantee that she would do what she could to honor a closing date of less than two weeks, we decided to go with rocket mortgage. Jasmine worked odd hours and communicated often on anything we needed to provide as well as what she was doing to finalize documentation for underwriting. We were able to close on time with a lower interest rate and less cash to close than what was on the loan estimate. We took on some risk to switch to rocket, but thanks to Jasmine, it was well worth it. Jasmine is top notch and will get the job done. Highly recommend.Read More Read Less
