I'd like to share my experience with Jed with you all. Jed sent an appraiser to out to appraise a house we wanted to by. The appraisal came back 35k lower than the asking price. The comps used didn't have a pool like we had, didn't have a two car garage like we had and the list goes on from there.

We contacted Jed about this. This is where we saw Jed's true colors. Jed was very arrogant & ...I'd like to share my experience with Jed with you all. We contacted Jed about this. This is where we saw Jed's true colors. Jed was very arrogant & condisending. Jed stood firm that his appraiser was top notch, never questioned him. Our realtor provided Jed with her own comps to show the disparity between the two. Our boy Jed then basically put on a dog and pony show to make it look like a review happened but nothing.

Our realtor even said it's her job to get us the lowest price possible but that this was ridiculous. She fought him tooth and nail, wouldn't budge. Because of Jed's complete lack of professionalism, arrogance, condisending manner and lack of questioning an appraisal that was completely disguising. Our agent will be notifying all if her buyers and sellers not to work with Jed in any capacity(which buy the way this was the only thing that upset him).

He has removed multiple post on here. Going forward we will be notifying the appraisal board to report the appraiser, we are filing a complaint with Rocket Mortgage, contacting channel 8 to have him and his practices reviewed, and lastly if the new appraisal comes in totally different than Jed's appraisal we will be contacting an attorney.

If you want an arrogant, self centered unprofessional, ego maniac to handle poor appraisers and appraisals that use incorrect information who can't or won't admit he's wrong, then Jed is your man!!!!!Read MoreRead Less

Jed was phenomenal. Over 5 stars. I cannot express the gratitude I feel toward Jed - he dealt with my absurd amount of questions, educated me about the whole mortgage process and represented Rocket Mortgage so well. Absolutely flabbergasted how well he led my stubborn self and allowed me to make decisions and not pressure me into them. Honestly, he was very good.

From the get go- he taught me how to compare numerous loan estimates from multiple lenders and ultimately crafted what worked best for me. Towards closing- an unexpected inspection/repair was discovered and Jed jumped into negotiations with the seller to help come to an agreement. I would give Jed 25 Stars if allowable. He was the biggest help during our closing. We had a contingent deal on our current purchase, and he helped guide through the issue we were seeing on the selling and purchasing side of the deal. We had many roadblocks come up during the months and he was more than helpful in all areas. Highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for ANY type of ...I would give Jed 25 Stars if allowable.
