After having gone through the process of obtaining a mortgage loan a couple of times before I thought this time would be similar to my previous experiences. But that was not the case with Jeffery (Rocket Mortgage).

After the initial application/intake process Jeffery made sure he called me to explain where my application was in the process and explain what the next steps in the process would be. When there was a hiccup along the he explained the options available and kept the process moving along until the. He was always in contact with me and called me back when I needed clarification on something.
