Ya know I see all these great reviews about Jeff but I don’t feel like I got a very good experience with Jeff. He never answered my questions and in the rare occasion he did it was after being asked a few times and after several days of asking. I feel like if he needed something they I was expected to respond immediately and when I asked him something he just didn’t respond. We closed our house last week and I still have questions left unanswered. I even had to report him to his supervisor multiple times for jeff not responding for days on end and trying to get me to do things unethically with the home buying process.
