Jeff started off strong and stated the process would take two weeks for a HELOC. Ended up taking 4 weeks which is normal processing for a residential purchase! Severely disappointed. I used to refer clients to Rocket Mortgage because of their timeliness and efficiency. I hope I was an outliner but I don't have the faith I once had.
