She is always prompt, always professional, and always personable. She is also always checking-in throughout the process to make sure the experience is going well and that everything is in order. Her attention to client service is probably some of the best that I have experienced. I cannot see myself going to anyone else to answer my financing questions or handle my loans.

I was very pleased with my experience with Jill. She walked me through the processes step by step. There was even a natural disaster in my area when I was suppose to be getting the appraisal and closing done so she extended everything a week so there was time to get it all done.
