First impression of JoAnna aka JP...big personality, always smiling, super energetic and knows her stuff! 62 bankers in training for 2 weeks. JP kept us on point with a daily schedule which is super hard to do with such a large training class. She was super engaging and wanted to make sure that all questions were answered. There was never a dual moment! JP did a wonderful job with the presentation of all the material that was covered in the classroom setting. She kept us fully engaged and entertained at the same time. I would give her 10 stars but that just wasn't possible with this 1-5 scale. She was and is outstanding!!!

JoAnna brought high energy and passion every day. She is extremely knowledgeable and has made herself available for ongoing support. Two weeks went fast. It would be nice to have more reps on the systems in a live, working environment to help minimize the learning curve. Having a "Pen Pal" in addition to my Director is a great help after the training. JoAnna is a GREAT addition to the FOC.

We had a very large group of trainees in my class...we were a class of 60. JP always had our group on point; she continually made jokes along the way which helped with long days of learning new systems. She is knowledgeable and a great asset for Rocket Mortgage.
