Well, we did have almos the same experience like somebody else here. First call Jon was great helping my wife and I with the requirements of the mortgage loan. But after that call he did not respond our calls not even the messages that we left him. Anyway, we completed the loan process with another loan banker without positive results. We hope that Jon understands us as well. Thanks

Inicié mi proceso en enero y, para el mes de julio, seguía pendiente sin avances. Me pareció totalmente absurdo lo tardado del trámite. Además, nunca responde llamadas ni mensajes. El proceso fue suspendido en dos ocasiones sin que se me diera ninguna explicación. Intenté comunicarme varias veces para obtener información, pero jamás obtuve respuesta.
