I had a very disappointing experience with this loan officer. Throughout the process, he was dishonest about important details and constantly changed information that had already been discussed. He stated my mother in law would not be a resident of the home, that wasn't true. Communication felt condescending and unprofessional, especially when I asked questions or needed clarification, he would yell and talk over me. Instead of being helpful and transparent during a stressful process, he made me feel dismissed and misled. I would not recommend working with Jose if you value honesty, respect, and clear communication. I threatened to cancel the loan numerous times because of him. I requested to only communicate with the senior director of mortgage banking because of how bad Jose's attitude was.Read MoreRead Less

No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto soy una persona seria y definitivamente no me gusta que jueguen con mi tiempo soy una persona ocupada me dejo esperando por días sin decirme nada .eso habla de su profesionalismo.
