Zero stars is not an option.... Joseph performed a hard inquiry on my credit without my authorization. For months, he assured me he was handling the issue, only to later admit that I needed to request its removal myself—before finally conceding that it was actually his responsibility. Even then, he claimed he was having it removed, yet Rocket Mortgage had no record of him taking any action.

...Zero stars is not an option.... Joseph performed a hard inquiry on my credit without my authorization. I am the listing agent. Rocket mortgage took 1 month to process a loan and couldn’t get it done. Very poor communication from previous loan officer Joseph Farrah then Rashard Lynch took over on 12/21. Asked him many times if he can process the loan because of the urgency of the process, he said yes. On 12/31 he said the buyer turned the docs in and he started to work on it. Then he said he is having trouble. Then he said buyers are still missing docs. Now we are unsure of if he can process this loan or not. We don't even have an estimated close date. Buyers, sellers, buying agent and me listing agent are all very frustrated. House is now more than 40 days on market with sellers checking in everyday to see whats going on! Yes, we also filed a complaint with Rocket Morgage manager.
