It was the worst experience we ever had with Rocket Mortgage by using Julian. It got so bad that we had to use his boss Aaron to complete our refinance. I would never use Julian again.

Julian took an intimidating experience and made it a breeze. He explained everything thoroughly as it was happening. And I never felt lost or that there was a lack of communication.
