She was always available to answer our questions and did so in a way that made us feel like we were her most important client. She even took time out of her busy schedule to meet us in person in Avon when traveled up for the house inspection. Even now after the closing we feel we can reach out to her with any and all questions.
She deserves a raise or at least a significant bonus.
