She needs training on the different loan types and listening to her customers. I requested a bridge loan on the very first call and asked bridge loan questions during subsequent calls. Plus I had to upload/email the same documents three times before anyone could find them. This was a very disorganized and stressful home buying experience that I’ll never repeat.
