No matter what hours I sent a text or how odd the questions were, he was there with a quick reply. We were misinformed about the criteria needed and as a result agreed to a hard credit inquiry that was a waste everyone’s time. I do not think it was intentional but it has left us in a worse situation. If we had been given the facts upfront this would have been avoided.
