So I was originally applying for a mortgage loan with a different lender.I was communicating with my agent via email text and phone. Long story short the agent went on vacation for a week and didn’t tell anyone about me or where we were at in the process, and needless to say I was quite frustrated. So I called up Rocket Mortgage. I got connected with Ken Jones. Right off the bat Ken was on top of ...So I was originally applying for a mortgage loan with a different lender.I was communicating with my agent via email text and phone. I got connected with Ken Jones. Right off the bat Ken was on top of it and within about an hour I was already signing documents via DocuSign. The next day Ken was unavailable, but not to worry, a member of Ken‘s team contacted me and was able to keep the ball rolling. As a team they never let me down. Wow!! What can I say about Ken, very patient, listens, explains (sometimes over and over), he is great and gives courage when things are not looking good, he works with you to at least get what you want, remembering that we don't always get what we want. He goes and beyond to try and meet his customer needs. He is excellent and to make it short, he is the go to guy, you will not regret it.
