Rocket Mortgage didn't do me any favors in terms of a good rate for a 15-year term, compared to options. While this loan / closing was discussed more than 90 days ahead of time, RM failed to achieve the closing date, costing me significant delay fees from the movers while an 18-wheeler was parked idle for 2 days.
